OK, I confess. I am proofing out of order.  But this great family originally booked a Christmas session, and we’ve been rescheduling ever since, waiting for the stars to aline.  At long last, yesterday, we had the PERFECT day for photos.  And since they’ve been waiting for six months, I decided to just get them the images immediately!  This first family shot is the one I’ve had in my head for a year for MY family.  I love it, for its casual style.  This is the street right in front of their house, making it even better.  This is the kind of shot to print BIG as an art print or gallery-wrapped canvas to stand in a special place in a home.

I had the pleasure of photographing the oldest son for senior portraits last summer, and I’ll be working with the next in line in August, so I took a little extra time with the youngest.  What a sweetie she is!

Here’s a sneak peak of Katherine, a lovely girl I met in Atlanta.  I loved photographing her whole family, but was really taken with Katherine’s poise and style.  I decided to play with a few of her images to test out a new blogging action I purchased.  More on Katherine’s family later…
